What Wasn’t Working?
Organizations struggle to collect and understand employee sentiment effectively. Traditional feedback methods, like quarterly or annual surveys, 1:1 meetings and etc, miss real-time issues, leaving managers unaware of problems until it’s too late.
Even with frequent feedback, challenges like tracking trends and usability can lead to incomplete or biased insights.
The Big Idea
A user-friendly platform that streamlines employee feedback with short weekly surveys. It offers long-term data tracking, deep insights, practical recommendations to address issues and is designed to be simple and intuitive for managers.
Listening to the Users
To address these challenges, I conducted surveys that was intended for HR managers, team leaders, senior managers, and CEOs to understand their needs.
What’s Already Out There?
One key takeaway was that while similar tools exist, they are spread across multiple interfaces. This highlighted the need for an integrated platform with refined functionalities. Prioritizing ease of use, practical recommendations, and continuous tracking provides greater value to managers.
